Copyright

Generally items placed on reserve can be used for one semester only without obtaining persmission from the copyright holder.  These items should follow the fair use doctrine:

1. Amount of the work to be used
2. Will the use affect market value
3. Nature of the work to be used
4. Notice of Copyright and no profit
