Choosing a Career

Thank you for visiting the Kellogg Community College Career Investigation guide.  Explore the subject tabs above for career investigation, online books, and websites that will assist you in preparing for your future career.

To begin the self-guided career program, click on the "Self-Guided Career Plan" tab above.  This tab has links to tools that will help you identify possible career fields based on your interests.  If you would like to meet with a career counselor to review your results, you are welcome to make an appointment by contacting the Support Services office at (269) 965-4150.

Career and Employement Services @ KCC

All Kellogg Community College students and alumni are eligible for free job search assistance. The Student Employment Service office provides a full range of employment services for studentss and employerss. Job developers in Barry, Branch and Calhoun counties work with faculty, co-op coordinators and community placement personnel to help students and alumni develop permanent job leads and work experience opportunities. Students, alumni and employers register with the Student Employment Services office through College Central Network.
